Over and over I have said that there is blatant discrimination in the LGBT community. How many time I've heard "that man is so gay", "can he be anymore queer?", or "your just fem for me". The "Masc Survey" conducted by Attitude showed some alarming numbers of discrimination.
71% of gay men said they are actively turned off by a prospective partner who demonstrates signs of femininity.
Event today we have to deal with this crap. I mean I've seen some "masc" men that when they open their mouths a purse falls right to the floor. I personally don't care, a man is a man, who are we to sit in judgment of someone else. And let's not start with the "its my preference", which in my opinion is a cop-out. This survey shows that as a community we still have a long way to go.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS? HOW DO WE COMBAT THE STEREOTYPE THAT ALL GAY MEN SHOULD ACT A CERTAIN WAY?
